Pep Guardiola on his way out of Nou Camp


Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola (41) is not signing a new contract , his current deal runs till the end of this season. He will revel his future plans on Friday in a press conference  at Nou Camp. Guardiola saw his dream of becoming the first manager to win back to back champions league with the same team shattered when his side Barcelona lost to Chelsea in the Semifinal of Champions League. And with the La Liga title also out of their hands Pep Guardiola is ready to leave the club where he enjoyed so much success in his 4 year reign as a manager.

Pep Guardiola had a three hour meeting with the Barcelona president Sandro Rosell on Thursday, but Barca president failed to keep one of the most prized asset of their club. Even Barcelona President said to Pep Guardiola that he will have a blank check this summer to sign any player he want, but Pep said that he thinks that time is right for him to leave the club.

Sources said that Pep Guardiola is gonna take a 1 year break from the football, but Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich wants him at Standford Bridge. So it will be not a surprise if Pep next stop would be Chelsea. Di Motta enjoyed success as Chelsea interim manager by Abramovich is a huge admirer of Pep.

Guardiola led Barca to two Champions League crowns, three La Liga trophies, one Copa del Rey, three Supercopas, two UEFA Super Cups and two FIFA Club World Cups.
