Real Madrid beat Sevilla by 2-0 and closes in on winning the La Liga title first time in last 4 years. Barcelona are the victorious in the last four La Liga seasons and Madrid always finished behind them.
But this time story was different, the way things are going no one can be fool enough to put their Money on Barca to win the La Liga. Madrid started the match fresh from their Champions League exit at the hands of Bayern Munich in a penalty shoot out, but they forgot that and keep their focus on this match. They dominated the game from the start and their good passing and dominant position was rewarded when Cristiano Ronaldo scored the first goal for Madrid in the 19th minute of the match. This was Ronaldo’s 57th goal of the season. At the end of first half the score was 1-0.
In the second half Real Madrid doubled their lead when Karim Benzema scored from the close range, Di Maria provided him the assist. And just after 3 minutes of Benzema’s first strike he scored again with a superb header and gave Madrid a 3-0 lead. Sevilla tried hard to score a goal to regain some pride, but Madrid defense was too strong for them. Match Ended with the score of 3-0.
