Barcelona manager Pep Guradiola who is set to leave the club at the end of this season has rejected a 12 Million pounds a year offer form Chelsea.
Chelsea also offered him a huge budget to sign some new players of his liking but that is not enough to tempt Pep to take the charge of Chelsea hot seat.
If Pep would have accepted this offer he would be the highest paid manager in the world. But Guradiola wants to take a year off from football and spend time at home to recharge his battery and then see whats best for him. He is the No.1 target for Chelsea since they part ways with Andre Villas Boas.
Our sources told us that Chelsea are preparing to go back to Pep with a bigger and improved offer so they can sign the men that their owner wants. In recent years we can see that who ever is in the wish list of Roman Abramovich he eventually signs him. So, it would not be a big surprise if Pep finally signs with Chelsea.
Chelsea current care taker manager Di Motta is the second favorite to take over Chelsea as full time manager even after winning FA Cup and qualifying for the Champions League final that will be played on 17th May. Di Motta is currently in talks with Chelsea and if Pep snubs Chelsea then he will be the next men to take Chelsea forward.
