Apple today confirms that there are large number of iPhone 5s devices that are suffering from Battery issues. The Smartphone giants said that they will replace those iPhone’s who are consuming too much battery and also taking a lot of time to charged fully.
An apple spokesman gave an statement on the The New york Times that “We recently discovered a manufacturing issue affecting a very limited number of iPhone 5s devices that could cause the battery to take longer to charge or result in reduced battery life,”
He added further that “We are reaching out to customers with affected phones and will provide them with a replacement phone,”
Apple sold around 9Million of it’s new iPhone’s in the first three days of it’s launch. It’s going to be a hack of a task for the Apple to keep the same relationship with it’s customers, who are so loyal to them since the launch of their first iPhone.
