Yesterday a judge made the decision to ban the Galaxy tab 10.1 from Samsung in the whole European Union except for the Netherlands, a Dutch Judge will make the decision tomorrow.
Apple says Samsung is copying the iPad, and Samsung stole some patents according to Apple. This is the first time a product from a big company is banned after the sue of Apple but it isn’t the first time Apple said that they where copying the iPhone, iPad or patents for this two devices. Apple already sued Nokia, htc and many others.
Today Apple said that it’s going to sue Motorola either for their Xoom tablet for the same reason that the sued Samsung.
