which is released to jailbreak iOS 5 beta 5.
It’s been only a few days that Apple have released iOS 5 Beta 5 for developers but the iPhone Dev Team hackers have released this version of redsn0w which is used to jailbreak on Mac and Windows platform.
Redsnow 0.9.8b5 can jailbreak iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 1, iPod Touch 3G and iPod Touch 4G.
At the moment the iPhone Dev Team is recommends that only developers that want to see if their apps for jailbroken devices work with the latest beta use this new version of redsn0w. But serious developers and iPhone enthusiasts won’t mind that.
Apple is expected to release final version of iOS 5 in a couple of months. Until then user’s need an iOS developer account to test out the new software which includes Apple iCloud functionality, a new notification system, a newspaper and magazine store, and Twitter integration.
