Samsung Electronics says on Tuesday that iPhone 5 has copied eight of it’s Patents. In which 2 patents are the standard ones. Samsung are filing the law suit against iPhone 5 in US District Court of California.
Previously Apple has sued Samsung on their Galaxy S III and won that law suit. Samsung paid $1.05 billion in damages to Apple co. But Samsung recently won a case in US District court which lifts the ban on their Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet computer.
